How we work

06 / TMC ADVISORY

Agree the priorities. Make the work usable.

We begin with the commercial problem, the decisions you need to make and your team’s capacity to act. The scope and delivery format follow from those needs.

From the first conversation

A shared understanding. A practical sequence.

Understand the situation

Discuss your business context, desired outcomes and constraints. Agree the information and people needed to examine the problem, and decide how progress will be assessed.

Develop the approach together

Review the evidence and work through the important choices with the relevant leaders. Define the outputs, responsibilities and actions that will support execution.

Put the approach into practice

Support may include workshops, team coaching, leadership reviews or interim ownership. Test the approach where it will be used and refine it with the team.

Review and hand over

Assess progress against the agreed measures. Document decisions, ownership and next steps so the work can continue within your organisation.

Engagement options

Choose the support that fits the decision.

Each format has a clear scope and an agreed level of involvement.

A focused starting point

One commercial question can be enough to begin.

We can scope a review of selected accounts, opportunities or partner plans. Agree the records and stakeholders needed, then use the findings to set priorities, assign owners and define the next decisions.

The depth and outputs of the review are agreed before work begins. Each assignment has a statement of work covering responsibilities, access, deliverables and fees. Any additional specialist support or systems implementation is scoped separately.
